On the wind-blasted coast of North Sligo,

four estranged siblings return to their ageing childhood home to decide the fate of the family estate. This was never going to be easy, but when the father’s ghost appears and refuses to shut up, things just get harder… and funnier.

Rammed into the family home for the first time in decades, estranged siblings Jeremiah, Niall, Carrie and Evan return home in the wake of their father’s death to decide the fate of the family estate. Burdens and grudges, fears and insecurities rise to the surface as the ghost of Colm Canavan continues to taunt them from beyond the grave.

As the weekend progresses and failures to agree rack up, they cajole, bicker, reunite and divide as the family’s myriad skeletons come tumbling out of the proverbial closet.

With Carrie in financial and marital distress, Evan longing for acceptance within a close-minded community, Niall seeking a clean slate and a chance at real fatherhood, and Jeremiah lying to them all about their father’s dying wishes, tensions run high in this witty comedy exploring the love and limitations of family.

In the end, while honesty can divide, so can it bond, and as they reveal their true selves to one another, they discover family ties that they never knew were there.
